Surgical templates for dental implants
We offer assistance in designing and printing templates for dental implants insertion using DDS-Pro software.
Implantation planning is carried out using ready-made implant libraries or, if they are not available, any implant can be simulated directly in the DDS-Pro software.
Required materials:
- CBCT tomographic examination data,
- intraoral scan or impression,
- determination of type, number and location of implants or a ready-made implantation plan prepared by a doctor.
Working procedure:
- the tomograph and intraoral scan data is combined in preparation of the work workshop,
- implants are initially positioned unless a ready design was prepared by a doctor (lab),
- a template is designed (lab),
- the project is approved by a doctor,
- the template is printed out and combined with the sleeve if provided (lab),
- the template is shipped and ready to be sterilized.
The templates are delivered non-sterile, packed in heat-sealed surgical sleeves with markings regarding the sterilization method.
Surgical templates for orthodontic implants
We offer assistance in designing and printing templates for placing orthodontic implants (mini-implants). We work using DDS-Pro software.

Templates for inserting orthodontic implants can be used during the simultaneous installation of orthodontic appliances on temporary anchorages (TAD)
Plates for orthognathic treatments
We offer assistance in designing and printing intraoperative and final plates for orthognathic procedures, including: LeFort one and two jaws and other procedures, e.g. genioplasty.
Treatment planning is performed and simulated in DDS-Pro software.
Required materials:
- CBCT tomographic examination data,
- intraoral scan or impression,
- treatment plan or a ready-made project prepared by a doctor using DDS-Pro software.
Working procedure:
- the tomograph and intraoral scan data is combined in preparation of the work workshop,
- the procedure is preliminarily simulated unless a ready design was prepared by a doctor (lab),
- the treatment design is refined by a doctor in DDS-Pro software, with an optional remote session with a technician (lab),
- treatment plates are designed (lab)
- the project is approved by a doctor
- tiles are printed (lab)
- the plates are shipped and ready to be sterilized.
The plates are delivered non-sterile, packed in heat-sealed surgical sleeves with markings regarding the sterilization method.
Treatment projects sometimes require the use of non-standard methods of preparing materials for navigation. We have extensive experience and technical capabilities in this area.
Templates for simultaneous zygomatic implantation with the LeFort procedure
We offer assistance in designing and printing templates for the innovative method of zygomatic implantation with a simultaneous LeFort procedure.
We work using DDS-Pro software.
Required materials:
- CBCT tomographic examination data,
- intraoral scan or impression,
- determination of type, number and location of implants or a ready implantation plan prepared by a doctor,
- LeFort procedure plan.
Working procedure:
- the tomograph and intraoral scan data is combined in preparation of the work workshop
- implants are initially positioned unless a ready design was prepared by a doctor(lab)
- a preliminary design of the LeFort procedure is created(lab)
- the Treatment design is refined by the doctor, considering implementation and LeFort procedure in DDs-Pro with an optional remote session with a technician(lab)
- a template is designed(lab)
- the template is approved by a doctor
- the template is printed out and combined with the sleeve if provided(lab)
- the template is shipped and ready to be sterilized.
The templates are delivered non-sterile, packed in heat-sealed surgical sleeves with markings regarding the sterilization method.
