Next splints are produced after verification of treatment progress and confirmation of the order by the doctor.

We deliver complete sets containing:

high-quality, perfectly transparent and numbered splints,
a set for the patient containing: 2 chewies, a hook, a cleaning tablet, user manual, a box for splints storing , a cosmetic bag, and a printed model for making a retainer – the so-called Retainer for Life. The customer can choose from two types of packaging for the A-ligner set: eco or glamour version with an option of marking the packaging with the data/logo of their office.

Working procedure:

a DDP AI Standard model is prepared (lab),
a set-up is prepared in accordance with the order form, with a possibility to consult the process in line with the responsible technician (lab). Alternatively, a self-set-up is prepared by the doctor,
hook and tooth movements track are designed (lab),
the project is approved by a doctor,
the splints are produced (lab).
